You may use this site to learn about the practice, to send us a message and to book an appointment. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, book appointments you do not intend to keep, or use automated tools to submit its forms.

The information on this website is general and is published for information only. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, and reading it does not make you a client. Tax outcomes depend entirely on individual circumstances. Do not act on anything here without speaking to us or another qualified professional about your own situation.

If you consent when booking, Natalua Melnik CPA, PLLC will send you text messages about your appointment. These are transactional messages only, never marketing. You will receive up to 4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to consent, and consent is not a condition of booking or of any service.

Booking an appointment does not create a professional relationship. That begins only when we agree in writing what work will be done and on what terms.

The practice works by appointment, and the time booked is reserved for you alone. You can cancel or move an appointment online, using the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before it starts. After that, or if you prefer, call or text us at (585) 300-4888 or email appointments@melniktax.com. A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed appointment, may be charged at $50. If something unexpected happens, tell us as soon as you can.

If you are running late, please call. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment has to be rebooked, so that clients booked after you are not kept waiting.

Please send any documents we ask for before we meet. Without them we may not be able to cover what you came for, and the work may need a second appointment or additional time at the agreed rate.

Fees are agreed before work begins.

This website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or always reachable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
